3 Months

DSC_0119 Baby Will is 3 months (almost). Technically he still has one week until his 3 month birthday. I can't believe how big he is getting. He still has blondish/red hair and blue eyes like his daddy. Everyone says he looks like me. I think he does for now. We will see if that continues but he definitely has his dad in him. He is content and calm (he didn't get that from me). Rarely fussy except when hungry.
DSC_0097 DSC_0124 Some noteworthy stats for 3 months
-Will is sleeping through the night since about 10 weeks. Going from 10p-7a without waking
-Eating 6 times a day; 7am, 10, 1, 4, 7, dream feed at 10p - 6oz each time
-He still naps 4 times a day for about 1 1/2 hours each
-Weighs 17 pounds!
-26 inches long
-He is a thumb sucker now unfortunately. He will spit his paci out to stick that thumb in. But one good thing is that it pacifies him if he wakes up too early in the morning. I had to continually fight the thumb to take these pictures!DSC_0118 DSC_0092 Will does not love tummy time. He fusses after a few minutes and seems to really prefer being on his back and I wonder if he will continue to be a back sleeper when he starts rolling over. We still swaddle him for bed and some naps. DSC_0147 Will is a great baby! And adds so much joy to our lives. He seems to be laid back and I can't wait to see how his personality develops.
In other news, I just officially quit my job and am a full time SAHM. Yikes, it was a big decision and with it came lots of emotions. Thankfully, the Lord is faithful and will equip me with what I need to raise this little man. I am feeling more confident these days and content with where God has me. Plus, I get to see this face everyday so that helps!!!

beautiful gown--love it!! I always feel like at 3 months that we have made it to the other side of the madness (I really feel that way at one year, but at three months they have settled into a routine, it seems). I can so see both of you in him. So precious.

Yay for being a SAHM. Get excited to lie on the couch and eat bon-bons all day ;) love you, friend!!!

He is darling and I am SO happy for you that you are staying home. I know not working outside the home is a tough decision! I pray the Lord will continue to
lead you and confirm where He wants you.
